We got Alex on the podcast for a reason. He just finished Army Basic Training in January after dropping out of college so Kevin and I wanted him on the podcast. We compared and contrasted our experiences within the Army and talked a lot about the growth mindset. There were quite a bit of similarities within our stories, but the most notable is Alex’s ability to see the light.
